KEY Mrs. Louise Bradley Key, 93, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013. She was married to Joseph Sidney (Switchie) Key for 46 years, until his death in 1988. They settled in the Whitehouse area in 1943, and she lived there until 2008, when she built a new home and moved to Baldwin. She retired from the Duval County School Cafeteria Dept. having worked most of this time as their cafeteria manager at the Whitehouse Elem. School. She was one of the oldest members of the Whitehouse Baptist Church having been a member there since the early 1940's. She was the only daughter of William Weyman, and Mary Annie Lazenby of Putnam County, Georgia. She had two brothers, Weyman, and Harold both deceased. She was much loved by all of her family. Members of the family consist of 3 daughters, Janie Thornley (Don) of Baldwin, Jeanette Young (Ray) of Manor, GA, and Judy Reynolds Mauncy (Leslie) of Baldwin; grandchildren, Alesia Shafer (Phil) of Baldwin, Raynette Smith (Mitchell) and Ryan Young of Manor, GA, and Kenneth Reynolds of Bryceville. Included is a special son-in-law, Gary E. Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Joseph Shafer of Baker Co., Daphne Shafer of Baldwin, Kayla and Allie Smith of Manor, GA, and David Reynolds, Sydney Reynolds, and Bradley Reynolds all of Baldwin; great-great grandchildren, Chloe, and Delilah Shafer of Palm Bay, FL., Skylar and Jace Reynolds of Baldwin; sister-in-law, Sallie Key of Whitehouse, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Mrs. Key's gravesite in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32205., followed by her Graveside Funeral Service at 2:00pm with Rev. Brownson Clemens officiating. Funeral Arrangements are under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32205. In lieu of flowers, family request donations to Wounded Warriors.
