Catherine R. Kitty (Lavin ) Kelly, entered into eternal life on June 13, 2013. Kitty was born and raised in Neponset and has lived in Weymouth for 60 years. She loved to read, was an expert bowler, and enjoyed being active, independent and spending time with her family. Beloved wife of the late Stephen J. Kelly. Devoted mother of Stephen and his wife Carla of Kingston, Paul and his wife Pamela of Carver, Robert and his wife Deborah of Chelmsford, Susan and her husband Peter Schuler of Westwood, and Joanne and her husband Joseph Cerqueira of Weymouth. Loving grandmother of Stephen, Briana, Shaun, Matthew, Christopher, Michael and Samantha. Great-grandmother to Kaegan. Beloved sister of the late Anne McCloskey, Helena Johnson, Mary, James and Thomas Lavin. Funeral from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St. Weymouth on Tuesday June 18 at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass in the immaculate Conception Church, East Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9. Burial in Village Cemetery, Weymouth. If desired, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice .
