He was born May 27, 1925 in the town of Mount Morris, the son of Theodore and Clara Reierson Jarvis. He married Adwina Fritz on October 24, 1953.
Bob served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He later drove Ready Mix Truck for Fritz Sand and Gravel, Green Lake Ready Mix and 4X Corp. for 35 years until his retirement in 1988. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Wautoma.
He is survived by his wife, Adwina Jarvis, Wautoma; six children, Steven (Bette) Jarvis, Wisconsin Dells, Kathy Rogers, Linda Jarvis both of Wautoma, David Jarvis, Oshkosh, Mark (Valerie) Jarvis and Carol Jarvis both of Wautoma; two granddaughters, Stephanie and Kristina Jarvis; one brother, Raymond (Arlene) Jarvis, two sisters-in-law, Jean Jarvis, Mount Morris, Evelyn (John) Corread, Ft. Myers, FL.; one brother-in-law, Everett (Donna) Fritz, Redgranite; his mother-in-law, Mildred Fritz, Wild Rose; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Luella (Kermit) Apps, two brothers, Donald and Vernon and a son-in-law, Ronnie Rogers.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 26, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, Wautoma with the Rev. Gregory Hyatt officiating. Burial will be in the Wautoma Union Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma and from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the church. A memorial has been established.
