Born Decemeber 18, 1910, she was the daughter of the late George Thomas and Clara Viola (Rouyer) Carter, and sister of Fredrick Carter, who also proceeded her in death.
She was a member of the Northside Weslyan Church in Indianapolis.
Services were Saturday, May 3rd at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home in Broad Ripple.
