"Kenneth D. Gee Sr. of Oklahoma City died Sunday at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness. He was 66.
A native of Bristow, Okla., he had been visiting relatives in Salinas.
He was a member of the Paul Revere Lodge 162 Af-Am of Denver, a retired field service representative for Sundstrand Aviation, and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U. S. Navy.
He is survived by five sons, Kenneth D. Gee Jr. and John B. Gee, both of Edmond, Okla., Charles W. Gee of Lambertville, Mich., Robert L. Gee of Oklahoma City, and Glenn H. Gee of Stillwater, Okla; two sisters, Lena M. Wilder of Salinas and Betty Newell of Dallas; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Gee, who died in 1980.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Olinger Mortuary in Denver.
Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery in Denver.
Local arrangements are under the direction of the Healey Mortuary."
