War II Veteran of the Royal Artillery, 59th Regiment. Age 77 years.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Louise (Lulu),and sister Amelia. Leaving to mourn with many treasured memories of love and laughter, three daughters; Anita Cummings (John), Marina Owens (Fred Walsh), Cathy Kidd (Dave); his son, Peter; seven grandchildren; Lianne, Sheena, Matthew, Megan, Michael, Amanda and Andrew. Also lovingly remembered by many relatives and friends and special friend Brian Owens. Special thanks to his recent "extended" family, the nursing staff at DVA2 for their loving care and kindness over the past few years.
