Mr. Brent Allen Engelbrecht, 55, of Auxvasse, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at his home.
Mr. Engelbrecht was born in Washington, Missouri on March 16, 1955, the son of Byron and Anna Mae (Bierwirth) Engelbrecht of Bay, Missouri..
He was the husband of Loretta (Diebal) Engelbrecht. They were married May 22, 1976 at Swiss, Missouri, she survives in Auxvasse.
Brent is survived by his parents, his wife, a son John Paul Engelbrecht of Columbia, Missouri and a daughter Jill Morgan of Auxvasse, two sisters Susan Schneider and husband Tom of Taos, Missouri and Barbara Lee and husband Jerry of Columbia, a brother Michael Engelbrecht of Owensville and by nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a brother Brian Engelbrecht.
He was a former member of Zion-St. Paul Church, Bay, Missouri and he worked as a driller for a rock quarry. He also was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Funeral Services will be held at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 3rd, with Pastor Darrel Deeker officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri.
Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery, Bay, Missouri.
