MRS. MARY L. LANCE
HINDSBORO — Mrs. Mary Lenore Lance, 63, of Hindsboro, died at 3:45 p.m. Saturday in Jarman Hospital, Tuscola.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Shrader Funeral Home, Arcola, with burial in Arcola Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
Mrs. Lance was born Aug. 30, 1913, in Douglas Co., the daughter of James and Mary Creviston Cox. She married Cyrus Lance May 23, 1942, in St. Louis, Mo. He died Oct. 13, 1973.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Elaine Kunz of Lambertville, Mich.; two sons Clarence of Hindsboro and Robert of Brocton; one sister, Mrs. Tracy Carpenter of Tuscola; one brother, Millard Cox of Hindsboro; and five grandchildren.
She had formerly been employed at Hayes Brothers Grocery in Kemp. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
