Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Pearson-Allen Funeral Home for Gladys T. Yockim, a telephone operator for Pacific Northwest Bell for 30 years. Mrs. Yockim died Friday in a local nursing home. She was 86.
Mrs. Yockim, a native of Basalt, Idaho, was a member of the Mormon Church and the Telephone Pioneers. She had been a Portland resident since 1940 and retired in 1953.
Surviving is a daughter, Gwen Medaris of Portland.
Interment will be in River View Cemetery.
