Clarence Edward Alcorn, Sr., 78, of Hwy 1016, Berea, died Mon. Nov 21, 2005 at St. Joseph - Berea. He was a life long resident of Madison County, born Oct. 19, 1927, son of the late Aytchie and Mossie KcKnight Alcorn, a U.S. Army Airforce Veteran, retired Dresser Industries employee, and member of Westside Baptist Church.
Survivors include 5 children, Ed (Kim) Alcorn, Jr., Anita (Joe) Stanley, Janet (Chuck) Wagers, all of Berea, Randy (Joanna) Alcorn, Donna (Mike) Botkin of Paint Lick; 1 brother, Robert Alcorn, 2 sisters, Hazel Roberts, Ruby Anglin all of Berea; 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Georgia Coffey Alcorn.
Pallbearers will be: Kristi Alcorn, Randall Alcorn, Edwin Alcorn, Tricia Alcorn, Sabrina Wagers, Emily Stanley. Honorary pallbearers will be: Lisa Caudill, Lindsay Alcorn, Jennifer Isaacs, Jessica Dean.
Funeral Service 4:00 PM Wed., Nov. 23, 2005 at Reppert Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Sarver officiating. Burial will follow in Madison Memorial Gardens.
