Ireda was born September 1st, 1916 in Kimberly, Idaho, to Merritt Edward and Annie Mae (Robinson) Staley. Ireda attended schools in Kimberly and Twin Falls.
She was married August 9th 1934 to Clarence Rubin Heath in Twin Falls, Idaho. Mom and Dad then went to Salt Lake City on September 26th 1934 and were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Mom was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She had many different callings, including chorister, and her favorite was serving in the library for 65 years.
Mom's occupations include milkmaid, farmer, farmers wife, homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
Surviving are her children, Laura Reeves, of Kimberly, Elaine (Bob) Cunningham, of Glenns Ferry, Eddy (Lynda) Heath, of Washington, Jerry (Carol) Heath, of Kimberly; Patty (Mike) Pope, of Washington, and Bert ( Julie) Heath, of Shoshone; daughter-in-law, Karla Heath; one brother, Cecil Staley, of California; 43 Grandchildren; 76 Great-Grandchildren; and 26 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Ireda was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Heath, one son, Dennis Heath, one son-in-law, Bill Reeves, seven brothers and sisters, as well as three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services for Ireda will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the Kimberly 4th Ward LDS Church, 723 Hankins Road North in Twin Falls with Bishop Rob Martin conducting. Entombment will follow at the Reflection of History Mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Park.
A viewing for family and friends will take place on Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at White Mortuary, Chapel by the Park, 136 4th Ave. East, Twin Falls as well as an hour prior to the services at the church.
Services are under the direction of Trent Stimpson and staff at White Mortuary, Chapel by the Park, Twin Falls.
