Zelphia Brewer Baker Ballard , 70, of Owenton, died Thursday at Owenton Manor. She was a former owner of Ballard Service Station in Owenton and a member of Victory Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Jeff Baker of Owenton; brothers, Orville Brewer of Harrogate, Tenn., and Nick Brewer of Ludlow; sisters, Mae Sullivan of Fort Thomas, and Diana Wendroth of Dry Ridge; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Victory Independent Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery, Owenton.
Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, 6612 Dixie Highway, Suite 2A, Florence, Ky. 41042.
