Hayes: Annette C. "Ann" Abner, 87, died May 31, 2013 at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. Mrs. Abner was a native of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan L. Abner and son, James O'Toole. She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn S. Keller and son, Charles O'Toole; a sister and brother, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A service of Christian Liturgy, officiated by Reverend James Cowles was held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Inurnment will be later in Oklahoma.
