Albert H. Miller, 78, of Bethlehem died Friday, Sept. 11, in Muhlenberg Hospital Center. He was the husband of Alma M. (Nester) Miller. They were married for 51 years last November.

He was a Motor Inspector A at the Bethlehem Steel Corp. until retiring in 1983. Previously, he worked at the former Pajama Factory, Emmaus.

Born in Emmaus, he was a son of the late William S. and Carrie M. (Kern) Miller.

He was a member of Church of the Manger United Church of Christ, Bethlehem.

An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of American Legion Post 0397, Hellertown.

He was also a member of Travelers Protective Association Post L, Allentown.

Survivors: Wife; 3 living sons, living daughter; sisters, Bernadine Kistler of St. Michaels, Md., and Geraldine, Janet and Marlene, all of Allentown, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday in the church. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday, Horace W. Schantz Funeral Home, 250 Main St., Emmaus, and 10-11 a.m. Monday in the church.
