George H. Wiemeier Sr., 62, of Kirkville, died at home after a long illness. He is survived by his children, George Jr., Renee, both of Clay and Harley of Florida; sister, Bonnie (Cornelius) Scannell of Lacy, WA; his ex-wife and ace in the hole, Barbara Lem; as well as nieces, nephews and his uncle, Lester Awchampaw. He was predeceased by his two mothers, Darlene Wiemeier and Elinor Welch and step-father, Frank Welch. Family and friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 109 East Ave., Minoa. A service will follow. Burial will be in Collamer Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the family.
