John "Steve" Brewer, 66, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Crestview Memorial Park in the Court of Flowers. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 in the evening on Monday, June 3, 2013 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
Steve was born February 11, 1947 in Wichita falls, Texas to Ira Dalton "Jack" and Willie Mae (Jarvis) Brewer. He was a Purple Heart Recipient and a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Navy. Steve owned and operated Brewer Exxon Station on Broad Street with his father Jack Brewer.
He is preceded in death by his parents; I.D. "Jack" and Willie Mae Brewer and one sister; Phylis Ann Brewer-Gracia.
Steve is survived by his daughters; Stacy Stevens-Wallig and her husband Eric and Stephanie Brewer-Daniels and her husband Shane, Brother; Ray Brewer, Grandchildren; Marlee Shae Stevens, Jace Scott Stevens, Mary Grace Wallig, Jacob Edward Daniels and Zoe Elizabeth Daniels, Great Grand-Daughter; Layla Marie Stevens and life time friend and former wife Sharon Humphries-Brewer.
