Frank Cochran, 82, of Ina, died at 12:08 p.m. Wednesday at Jefferson View Nursing Home. A World War I veteran, he was a retired miner and farmer. Mr. Cochran was born February 7, 1895, in Illinois, the son of Rush and Mollie (Crawford) Cochran. He was married to the former Fern Taylor. She survives. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Ina Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Clayatt and the Rev. Dale Burzynski officiating. Burial will be in Kirk Cemetery, Ina. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Friday. Besides his wife, Mr. Cochran is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Jean Kuehn of Chicago Heights, Mrs. Mary Matthews of West Frankfort; Mrs. Margaret Lowery of Ina, Mrs. Eva Lou Donovan of Ina and Mrs. Georgia Borho of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Jesse Cochran of Morris; a sister, Mrs. Cecil Manis of Ewing; 5 grand children, and 7 great-grand children. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Phyllis Hooper.
