Allen Earl Brune, 85, of Decatur, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Ossian Health & Rehabilitation.
He was born on Sunday, October 20, 1929 in Paulding County, Ohio the son of the late Oltie Brune and the late Cora P. (Snyder) Brune. He married Jacqueline Wehrly on March 24, 1951 and she preceded him in death on March 8, 1976. On February 5, 1978 he married Mary B. (Bollinger) High.
Allen served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
Allen was the owner and operator of Complete Printing Service in Decatur for 24 years.
Surviving are his wife, 5 children, 4 step-children, 23 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Allen was preceded in death by five brothers, Henry, Ervin, Paul, Richard and Morris.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2014; interment will follow in the Decatur Cemetery with Military Graveside Honors to be conducted by the American Legion Post #43.
