RUSSELL EARL HAYMOND

Our loving father, husband, Russell E. Haymond, 45, died July 6, 1994 in Salt Lake City after an acute asthmatic attack and cardiac arrest.

Russ was born Sept. 13, 1948 in Provo to Betty Russell and L. Wood Haymond. He attended Springville schools, BYU, and the University of Utah. He married Vicki Carter in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Worked at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Primary Children's Hospital, University Hospital, was vice president and chief medical technologist for Associated Regional and University Pathologists.

Russ will be remembered as a giving tender soul, loyal friend and teacher with a sharp wit. He was very active in the LDS Church and devoted time and energy toward that end.

He will be missed by his parents, Vicki, Deacon, Stephanie, Julie and Mike Axelgaard, Valerie and Scott Staheli, Eric and Ann Haymond, Phil and Sylvia Carter, Sheila Campbell and all those who knew and loved him.

Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary, 500 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, Sunday, July 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 500 No. 700 East, Pleasant Grove, Monday, July 11 at 11 a.m. Interment: Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
