Diane Caroline (Ellison) Juten passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.

She was born in Duluth, to John Harold Ellison and Frances Ellison (Carlson) on Oct. 31,1932.

She spent her growing up years in Duluth's west end. She married Francis Juten on June 23,1962 and resided in Gnesen Township. Diane and Fran have three children: Daniel Juten (passed away in 1963), Victoria Radosevich (Paul) of Eden Prairie, Minn., Kristen Nash (David) of Vail, Colo. They have five grandchildren Ariana Radosevich, Andrew Radosevich, Logan Nash, Parker Nash, and Sage Nash. Diane has a brother William Ellison (Shirley) of Superior, Wis. She has many relatives, nieces and nephews that consider her their close friend and parent.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents Franny and Harold Ellison and son Danny.

Diane loved music and singing. She was involved in the Carillon Club and the choirs of Trinity Lutheran Church and Family of God Lutheran Church. She loved to sew. She was employed by Main Stream Clothing and Foreman and Clark as a tailor, and enjoyed doing many projects for family and friends. She has a very strong faith and was currently active in Family of God Lutheran Church and Community Bible Study.

She attained a business degree at Duluth Business University and worked at Mathisen Tire Company and also for Dr. Johnson in the West End for many years. She graduated from Denfeld High School in 1950.

Diane will be greatly missed by many family and friends.

VISITATION: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 31, in Dougherty Funeral Home. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday, June 1, with visitation at 10 a.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church.
