He was born September 7, 1950 in Yell County, a son of the late John Henry Brannam.
He was a pipefitter and welder and a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union 155 at Little Rock.
He is survived by his wife, Joetta Key Brannam; a son, Zacharias Brannam of Dover; a daughter, Tammy McElfish of Dover; his mother, Bessie Wilson Brannam of Dover; two brothers, Henry Brannam of Jasper and Paul Cleaver of Dover; two sisters, Pauline Scantling and Lamoine Brannam of Dover; and two grandchildren, Nathaniel and Kaitlin McElfish of Dover.
Graveside service was held at the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Hector by Rev. Arnold Humphrey. Burial by Shinn Funeral Service.
