William Ira Annin was the son of Joseph Annin and Arabell Sprague. He married was married twice, first jjon November 13, 1864 to Eunice Louise Simons in Salamanca, New York, who was the daughter of Philo Simons and Eunice Mills. He married a second time on January 10 1886 to Mary Ruth Irby Nichols in Roanoke, VA. Mr. Annin served as a corporal in the Union Army as a member of the 141st New York Volunteers.
