Ted Green 76 of Perry, died on Saturday, June 18, 2011 of a long illness. Ted was born on February 13, 1935. He was a lifelong resident of Taylor County. He was retired from Buckeye Cellulose Company. He was a member of the South Center Street Church of God.
He was pre-deceased by his parents James Owen and Maude Green, (brother) James L. Green, (sister) Betty Crisp.
Ted is survived by his wife of 57 years Eloise Green of Perry, Fl; children Kathy Cayson of Winter Haven, Fl; Sheron Elmore (Randy) of Winter Haven, Fl; Tim Green (Millie) of Sharpsburg, Ga; Michael Green of Perry, Fl; Melisha Cothran (Nick) of Perry, Fl; Siblings Marcelle Kominars of Detroit, Mich; Katie Becker of Ormond Beach, Fl; Clarence Green of Daytona Beach, Fl; Billy Green of Wauchulla, Fl; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who he dearly loved.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday June 23, 2011 at 2pm at Joe Burns Funeral Home Chapel in Perry, Florida. The family will receive friends on Thursday June 23, 2011 at 1-2pm at Joe Burns Funeral Home Chapel.
