Wife 14 Years Older Than She Claimed, So He Is Granted Divorce

Paul R. Hershey, 29, Hershey businessman, took a bride for better or worse, but not for older than she pretended to be.

He obtained a divorce in the Dauphin County Court today from Mrs. Edna M. Hershey, 1504 State street (sic), because after his marriage he discovered that the bride he believed to be 35 years old and only widowed once, was a grandmother of 49 and twice a widow. Her third husband also complained that his wife's son by her first marriage is as old as he is.

The Hersheys married June 2, 1928, and parted May 29, 1929.
