The body of William Wickliffe Carrol, a native of Lafayette who died Thursday in Chicago, arrived here early Saturday and was taken to the Bradshaw funeral home. Services wee conducted there at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Dr T F Williams; pastor of Trinity M E church and the members of Lafayette Lodge No 123, Masons, were in charge. Members of the masonic body served as pallbearers. Burial was in Greenbush Cemetery.
