FREEPORT--Edward Harrison Cunningham, 74, Freeport R.D. 3, was pronounced dead as a result of a heart attack at 8:15 P.M. Thursday (Sept. 12, 1968) by Guernsey County Coroner W. A. Larrick. Mr. Cunningham was found on his farm when he didn't return home in the evening.
A farmer, he was born Nov. 27, 1893 in Guernsey County, the son of Andrew Isaac and Elizabeth Stockdale Cunningham, and was a veteran of World War I.
Mr. Cunningham was married in 1938 to the former Violet Virginia Harding who survives along with one daughter, one son, eight grandchildren and one sister, Two brothers and seven sisters are deceased.
Friends may call at the Koch Funeral Home, Freeport, where services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday. The Rev. Henry Sauders will officiate and burial will be in Greenmount Union Cemetery.
