William Henry Olvey may have been born in 1828 and died 1 July 1899. He was the son of Leonard Olvey and Courtney Creekmore. He married first, Nancy Parks in Wilkes Co., NC 21 Jan 1845. Nancy died bet. 1845 and 1850, possibly in childbirth. William married second, Margaret Berthina Johnson, 10 May 1855 in Fannin Co., GA. They had at least 11 children.
