Funeral services were held Friday afternoon for Garret Brodhead Jr. at the home of his father, Garret Brodhead of Upper Green Street.
Rev. J. B. Myers, rector of Trinity Church officiated. Interment followed in the family plot in Alpine Cemetery.
Mr. Brodhead was a former resident of Perth Amboy. He died Tuesday night at Saranac Lake, where he had been since last September for his health. He was in the thirty-ninth year.
Besides his widow, who was formerly, Miss Gertrude Pfeiffer, Mr. Brodhead is survived by his father, Garret Brodhead; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Fuller of Boston, Miss Laura Brodhead of town; two brothers, Conrad Brodhead of New York and Carl Brodhead of Scranton, Pa.
