Deceased Name: Huber S. Manifold

PALMYRA Huber S. Manifold, 91, of 945 Duke St., Lebanon, formerly of 917 E. Oak St., Palmyra, died Thursday in Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon.

He was a former teacher at Trinity Pawling and Pennington prep schools in Pawling and Pennington, N.Y., and private secondary schools in Coudersport; a graduate of the former Palmyra High School, Lafayette College, Columbia and Rutgers universities and the University of Pennsylvania; a life member of Palm Lutheran Church; and a member of Coudersport F&AM Lodge 342.

He was the widower of Beatrice S. Manifold. Surviving are two nephews, including John Baum, and two nieces.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in his church. Burial will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Upper Allen Twp.

Rothermel Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gettysburg Theological Seminary, 61 N. West Confederate Ave., Gettysburg 17325.
