was one of the first blacksmiths in Glen Ferris, W.va. Worked at Alloy Metalurgical Plant in Alloy, W.va. Married Rosa Sayre from Leon, W.Va.--Helped to build the methodist church in Glen Ferris, W.Va and his name is on one of the cornerstones there on the church. Children-Enola, James, Melvin, Grace, Bulah, Roy, Blanche, Mary.
