"Sarah Marguerite Groves, age 89. of Warren, died Friday, April 22, 2005, in the Wagnon Place Nursing Home at Warren.
"Born April 20, 1916 at Meridan, Mississippi, she was a daughter of the late Leslie Littleton Kelly and Cepha Ellis Kelly.
"She was owner and operator of Groves Grocery, a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
"She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Washington Groves; five brothers, James Kelly, Joe Kelly, Harvey Ray Kelly, Charles Spencer Kelly and one sister, Thelma East.
"Survivors include one son, Edward Lee Groves of Warren; one daughter, Sarah Emilie Groves Jones of New Edinburg; one brother, Floyd L. Kelly of Portland, AR; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren.
"Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 26th, at Frazer's Chapel with Rev. Joey Lisemby and Rev. H.A. Murrell officiating. Burial was in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home."
