NAPLES, FL/JANESVILLE - Maurice M. Hull, age 88, formerly of Janesville, died Thurs., Dec. 23, 2004, in Naples, FL, where he had resided for the past 30 years. He was born in Janesville, WI, on Aug. 12, 1916, the son of Mark Hamilton and Alice E. (Kealy) Hull. Maurice married Frances Legried on June 14, 1967.

He is survived by his wife, Frances of Naples, FL; 2 sons, Steven Hull of Lakeville, MN and Michael Hull of Ft. Wayne, IN; 2 daughters, Jacqueline Bailey of Wausau, WI and Maureen (Mark) Anderson of Brodhead; step-daughter, Pamela L. Frey of Arkansas; 21 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 3 sisters: Mary Alice Grant of Janesville, Jean (Don) Zastrow of Milwaukee and Dolores (Don) Cleveland of Brodhead; and 2 brothers, twins, James (Cathy) Hull of Beloit and Ret. Major John (Sonia) Hull of Janesville. He was preceded in death by his parents; former spouses, Thelma Walthers Hull and Margaret 'Peggy' Sullivan Hull; infant twin brothers; and great grandson, Chad Early.

Maurice served his apprenticeship at Fairbanks Morse and later as a foreman. He retired from Gilman Engineering as a manufacturing supervisor. He was past Exalted Ruler for BPOE of the Elks Club. He enjoyed golfing with his many friends in Florida, deep sea fishing with cousins, Larry and Phil Hull.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Sat., Jan. 22, 2005, in St. John Vianney Catholic Church with Fr. Donn Heiar officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Edgerton.
