"HARTWICK - Mrs. Anna J. Berry, 71, a resident of Hartwick until two and a half years ago, died at 8 a. m. Sunday in the home of her brother-in-law, Arthur J. Andrews, Poughkeepsie. She had been in failing health for several years. The funeral was held at 2 p. m. Wednesday in Patterson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wilfred Lyon, pastor of Sidney Center Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in Hartwick cemetery. Mrs. Berry was born April 21, 1880, in the town of Otsego, daughter of Eugene and Emma (Welch) Fish, and was married to Frank Berry of Hartwick on July 27, 1904. Mr. Berry died June 3, 1933. Besides Mr. Andrews, she is survived by a brother, Julian Fish of Canajoharie, a nephew, Walter Andrews of Harmon, and cousins."
