Kyran was the beloved son of Kyran and Elizabeth Scully Cassidy of the Lyndon Station area. His grandparents were Kyran and Honor Cassidy of Ireland. Kyran married May Elizabeth Carraway from Weir, Kansas, on July 22, 1931 in the Catholic Church there. They had one precious daughter, Roberta Louise. Roberta was born on December 7, 1934. Roberta married Dennis Lawrence Fitzgerald, the son of Frank and Anna Sullivan Fitzgerald, also of the Lyndon Station area. Roberta and Dennis had five children: Denise (Rasmussen), Kyran, Darren, Deanna (Senzig) and Shane.
Kyran owned the Sportsmans' Bar in Lyndon Station.
They left behind their beloved daughter and her husband, as well as their children and their many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who love and honor their memory.
