Earl Nelson Wuthrich

Earl Nelson Wuthrich returned home to his Father in Heaven surrounded by his family on May 18, 2013, at the Bear Lake Memorial Hospital.
Earl was born November 30,1929 in Montpelier Idaho to Edward Barnard Wuthrich and Maud Caroline Nelson. He was the fourth child of a family of six. He married Darleen Gail Wuthrich on Novenber 10, 1950 and was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.

He joined the Army in July1948 and served in the Korean War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was a family man and taught his family to love one another. He loved animals especially dogs and horses.

Earl loved the Bear Lake Valley and volunteered in several organizations throughout his life. He was a member of the search and rescue jeep patrol. He was a member of the American Legion post 63. He served as a post commander, post vice commander and post adjustant. He also was a volunteer firefighter. He worked for Rich Motor Company, LDS Church, Bear Lake Motor.
He was preceded in death by his wife Darleen and his first born daughter Julia, His parents, one brother Marc Edward Wuthrich and two sisters Polly Sheryl Humberg and Ruth Jeniel Keefer.

He is survived by his two son's Anthony (Pamela) Wuthrich, Martin (Daleine) Wuthrich, three daughter's April (Steve) Passey, Lisa (Kelly) Parker, Lori (Raul) Hevia. 27 grandchildern, 48 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. One brother, Karl Samuel Wuthrich and one sister, Viona Elizabeth Budge.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Montpelier 5th ward LDS Chapel. Friends may call prior to services from 11am to 12:45pm, funeral will begin at 1pm. Interment will be at the Montpelier Cemetery.
