Jessie Mae Tippie, 54 of Midland, Texas formerly of Lima, died on Saturday September 15, 2012 at her residence in Midland. She was born on March 1, 1958 in Lima to Roger H. & Marilyn Ann (Newland) Allen and they preceded her in death. She is survived by her life partner of many years, Richard Smith also of Midland.
She is also survived by her children, Jessie (Roger Roark) Hittle and Robert (Theresa Green) Tippie, Jr all of Lima. She leaves her grandchildren, Mercediez Hittle, Meaghan Hittle and Brailen Tippie, her sisters, Cindy (Ed) Klaman, Shirley (Bob) O'Donnell, Hope (Phil) Sensabaugh and Marilyn Allen, her brothers, Frank (Lety) Allen and Roger (Deb) Allen. She also survived by many Aunts and Great Aunts, and her beloved dogs.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Breaunah Hittle, a brother, Harvey Allen and a nephew, Nathan Allen.
She had been a cashier at Bill's Bottle Shop in Midland, she worked in retail all of her life. She loved decorating, gardening and anything involving a fun time!
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 21, 2012 at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in Preston Cemetery, Alger, Ohio.
Friends and family may call 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.
