He was born Nov 14 1938 in New Westminster, to Clarence Langford and Doris (Burgar). He was born with disabilities, and though he endured many surgeries, he was never able to walk. He did everything he could to live his life like everyone else, he worked for a radio station, and Vanguard Trailers in Kelowna.
He married Gloria Gent,and the couple adopted 2 children,
He was diagnosed with cancer in 1998 and died in 2000.
