LEE COKER
ALCO, Louisiana, November 6 --(Special) -- Lee Coker, aged 62 years, 5 months, and 22 days, died at his residence at 3:50 a.m., on Wednesday, November 3, 1937. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alphin Lee Coker and was born in Ouachita City, Louisiana on May 6, 1875.
He was the father of six children and is survived by his wife and three children; Lee, Jr., and Lonnie, Alco; Mrs. Arthur H. Harbert, Jennings, and his sister, Mrs. Mary H. Morgan, Houston, Texas.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, at the Welcome Church at Simpson, the Rev. D. G. Trimble officiating.
Pallbearers were R. A. Redd, Wallace Thaxton, Claude Johnson, I. C. Morrison, Travis Hames, and Woodrow Mitchell.
