Anna Myers

Mrs. Anna Johanna Myers, 80, died in a Pawnee City hospital Tuesday evening. Born June 7, 1886, at Cortland, she moved to Beatrice from Bookwalter in 1938.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Ivan Pierce of Big Springs, and Robert Boyse of Seward, two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Gepson and Mrs. Evelyn Kneff, both of Omaha; two brothers, George H Schramm, Long Beach Calif., and Richard Schramm, Fairfield, Iowa; four sisters, Mrs. Charles (Emma) McClary, Lafayette, Colo., Mrs. Edna Freyermuth, Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. Gaylord (Mae) Madden, Lincoln, and Mrs. Alta Kronberg, Alliance; 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Proceding her in death were her husband, Walter C in 1958, and four brothers.
Memorial services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Harman Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Clarence Wesley Buehler officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Home Cemetery.

A correction of the obituary will list two daughters not in the posted obituary, Agnes born 1898 and Frances Ida born 1911. It is not known who Robert Boyse is as he is not found on any census records. Anna was also proceeded in death by first husband, George Thomas Pierce, who had moved to OR in 1920/21 and passed away in 1942.
