Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at the San Miguel Del Vado Church in San Miguel.

Guillermo “Roberto” Dominguez, 69, of Las Vegas, N.M., and formerly of Clovis, died Saturday, May 28, 2005, at the Albuquerque Regional Medical Center.

He was born on Dec. 20, 1935, in Ribera, to Ignacio Dominquez and Lucilia Baca.

He married Odilia Mondragon in September 1967 in Farwell.

He worked for the SFAT and Topeka Railroad. He reside in Clovis for 32 years before moving to Las Vegas 10 years ago.

Family members said he loved to farm, paint and repair things. He was a lifelong Catholic and attended San Miguel Del Vado Church in San Miguel.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Fivola Dominguez.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Janet P. Dominguez (and boyfriend, Freddie Sandoval), Carol Dominguez ( Ernesto Avila) all of Clovis; a step-son, Raymond (and wife, Erma) Ulibarri of Orange Grove, Texas; three step-daughters, Doris Y. Ulibarri of Roswell, Sharon Sosa (Ruben) of Carlsbad, and Ilene Ramirez (Paul) of Clovis; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, M. Candelaria Baca (Tony) of Las Vegas and Frances Aragon of Clovis; a brother, Geronimo Dominguez of Panhandle, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Father John McKena will officiate the services.

A Rosary service will be conducted at 7 p.m. today at the Rogers Chapel in Las Vegas.

Burial will be at the San Miguel Cemetery in San Miguel.

Pallbearers are Freddie Sandoval, Ernesto Avila, Manuel Baca, Paul Ramirez, Fergio Ramirez and Ruben Sosa.

Honorary pallbearers are Bryan Dominguez, Odilia Dominguez, and family and friends.

Arrangements are by Rogers Mortuary in Las Vegas.
