His death certificate #22422 says he was the son of R. L. and Catherine (Lee) Abell. It says he was a male, white, married, retired farmer living on South Proctor Knott Avenue in Lebanon, KY. The informant was Louis T. Abell and the certificate was signed by Kobert Border, Coroner of Marion Co., KY who said he died thirty minutes after suffering a coronary thrombosis at his home on South Proctor Knott. Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, KY was in charge of his burial at Holy Name of Mary Cemetery in Calvary, KY on Sept. 26, 1961.

NOTE: His tombstone, in Section B of the New Cemetery, says husband of "Tiggie".
