Elizabeth J. Allen, 83, died Friday, June 1, 2012. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, with burial following at Glendale Cemetery. A visitation will be from 12 p.m. to service time on Tuesday.
Elizabeth was born February 5, 1929, in Des Moines to Ralph and Mary Cutler. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Richard (Peggy) Allen, Larry (Lois) Allen; grandchildren, Mary, Brian, Daniel, Lucas, Tracy, Amanda, and Jessicia; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arles, and daughter, Sandra Miller.
