Palmer N Christenson was born March 6, 1922, south of Cartwright ND, a son of Anton and Kristofine Kristenson. He grew up on the family homestead and attended the Green School, later graduating from the eighth grade.
He worked for various farmers and ranchers in western ND and in eastern MT. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Mr Christenson, 73, passed away on May 13, 1995 at the Prairie Community Hospital and Nursing Home, where he had been a resident since 1991.
He had four brothers, Chris and Arthur Christensen in ND, Clarence Kristenson in Miles City MT, and Lawrence Kristenson in ND; two sisters, Gertrude Christenson of Glendive and Anna Kristenson in ND.
