William Henry Keahey died at 5 a.m., Monday, September 15, 1955 at Fort Supply, Oklahoma.
Born October 13, 1877, at Erath County, Texas, he was married to Mary L. Bull at Glenrose, Texas in 1899.
He was a member of the Baptist church in Crawford.
He was preceded in death by his wife. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Lela Harper, Alvin, Texas; Mrs. Lula Branham, Amarillo, Mrs. Linnie Robertson, San Francisco, California; Mrs. Frances Rodrick, Santa Rosa, California, and Mrs. Juanita Fischer, Saratoga, California; one brother, John W. Keahey, of Sayre; and three sisters, Mrs. Ella Keahey, White Deer, Texas; Mrs. Annie Avitts, Alvin, Texas; and Mrs. Emma Underwood, Stephenville, Texas.
Funeral services were held in the Crawford Baptist church on Tuesday. Interment was in the Bellview Cemetery, Crawford,Oklahoma with Rev. Lloyd Martin officiating. Scroggins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
