Raymond "Junior" Rose, Jr., age 78, of Pulaski, died Saturday at Pulaski NHC.

He was a US army veteran, former Pulaski alderman for 16 years, worked at the Pulaski Fire Department, was a board member of First National Bank, and retired owner and operator of Rose's Service Station. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Annie Lou Goats Rose, and by a son, Ronnie Rose.

Visitation will be today from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home and on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Giles Memory Garden.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.

Survivors include his wife, Zady Rose; two sons: Ray Rose and wife Nancy and Kevin Rose and wife Kelli, all of Pulaski; two sisters: Linda Butler of Conway Community and Shelby Jean Hall of Franklin; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren also survive.
