Thomas “Terry” Worley, as a last act of his life, went to be with his daughter, Sue, and his Lord on May 20, 2005.
Terry was born June 30, 1934, in El Paso, Texas, to Orval and Mabel Worley. He was the oldest of 12 children. He is survived by his wife, Melva; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Don Gomez; granddaughters, Veronica (Roni) Gomez; and grandson, Jericho Tafoya. Five brothers and five sisters also survive him. His extended family includes friends and students from his 35 years of teaching, coaching and active retirement life.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 28, at First United Methodist Church in Bloomfield. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at Memory Gardens in Farmington.
