died Sunday, March 11, 2012.
She was born Oct. 29,1938 in Surry County, North Carolina.
She had been an Ojai resident for 27 years, coming from Oxnard CA.
Helen's longtime husband, Mario, died in
November 2010.
Helen is survived by her five children, six grand-
children, 11 great-grandchildren, her mother,
sister, brother and wife, and her dog, Dusty.
She is well loved and will be missed by the many hearts she has touched.

I think she can hear everyone's prayers. Yes she is in a better place. She was suffering with her illness's, and very lonley without my dad. I'm sure he was there to come, and take her to heaven with him. It was something that she looked forward to. She kept a good attitide, and smile on her face until the end. That was my Mama always happy to have family, and friends around her. I'm glad the last time I spoke to her she was cheerful, and full of hope for her future even though she knew she was dying she just didn't want to tell us she was. She always wanted a smile on our faces. I love you Mama. xoxoxo -Michelle Villarreal
