GLENVILLE
H. Fred Bauers, 64, a farmer in Nunda Township southeast of Conger for nine years, died in his home at 10:30 a.m. Monday from complications resulting from a heart ailment.
A son of the late Herman Frederick and Albertina Bauers, he was born November 3, 1897 in Foster Township,Faribault County.
He came to Freeborn County in 1908 and had recently farmed near Conger.
Mr. Bauers married Ruby Susan McClung, Feb. 19, 1933 at Pickerel Lake Township. He was a member of the Bear Lake Concordia Lutheran church.
His father died in 1934 and his mother in 1937 and a sister, Mrs. Frank (Emma) Becker in 1953.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Bear Lake Concordia Lutheran Church.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
