Mary died of leukemia Friday at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. She was 92.

She was born Jan. 5, 1901, at Colfax to Fred and Rose (Rubin) Aeschliman. She was raised in the Onecho area, outside of Colfax, and attended the O'Dell country school.

She and Paul Walter Buri were married June 6, 1923, at Spokane. The couple lived and farmed in the Shawnee area, near Colfax, before moving to Colfax in 1945.

He husband died later that year, and she continued to live at Colfax until moving to Spokane in 1957.

She married William B. Claassen OCt. 16, 1960.

She had lived at Spokane since. He died in 1969.

She was a member fo Onecho Bible Church.

Survivors include two sons, Dale Buri of Colfax and Earl Buri of Spokane; two daughters, Lucille Wilson of Colfax and Florence Claassen of Clarkston; a sister, Martha Widmer of Salem, Ore.; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Seven brothers died previously.
