PALESTINE - Services for Cora Fryar, 99, Palestine, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home chapel, Palestine, with the Rev. Michael Mynatt officiating.
Burial will be in Land of Memory Cemetery.
Mrs. Fryar died Feb. 28 in a Palestine nursing home.
She was born Feb 25, 1903 in Elkhart to the late Alex and Jennie Howell Glenn. She was a homemaker, a member or Norwood Heights Baptist Church and a Rebecca Lodge and an American Red Cross Grey Lady. She was preceded in death by her busband, Clarence Fryar in 1968; son, Clarence Fryar Jr.; sisters, Hattie Weatherford and Vesta Self; and brother, Vernon Glenn.
Survivors include two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
